"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed in round the world with a kettle and cups ALWAYS supply tea, coffee, sugar etc..... To the MANAGER of the hotel.. This is a very simple fix to your hotel operations. "Very nice hotel close to the Therme. The hotel aslo assisted with discounted entry passes for the San Pellegrino Therme up the road which is much appreciated. The rooms are in a very good condition and the breakfast served is good. I will be happy to stay at this hotel again. "

"The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I particularly liked the dinner that was served. It included a three-course meal with wine. It was my first ever experience. My only regret is that I didn't have another chance to dine in their restaurant, as I spent most of my day in Milan. Would love to visit again some time in the future!"

"We were only here for one night, and had to leave early so we missed out of the breakfast. The property is very nice, very quiet, and had plenty of parking. The room was good and met our needs, but could be a little cleaner. The bathroom and "rain" style shower was incredible. What could have been better, we could see handprints on the wall from pervious guests and the shower drain did not drain fast enough to keep up with the shower. Overall, I should certainly stay here again."

"The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."
