"Great place "

"Stayed at Górski Pałacyk for few nights four adults and two teenagers. We had a great time. Property complex features few multistory houses with comfy apartments. We loved proximity to all attractions. Breakfast was delicious, large selection of food with menu change daily. Breakfast are served in a room with stunning view on Tatra Mountains. There is also jacuzzi and sauna which we used. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. "

"The room was stincky as if no one has cleaned it for ages. We complained and a cleaning lady came. But it didn't help. It took one full day for the smell to disappear. Moreover, the furnitures were dirty and broken. How can a hotel offer such a room? And how come they didn't immediately send us for another hotel if they couldn't offer another room? Very very disappointing and very surprised that this hotel is rated very highly."

"My family and I stayed at Zakopiański Dwór and it was an amazing experience. The place was very clean and the staff including the owners were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. There were hiking trails right behind the hotel and all were amazing. We recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is a 20/25 minute walk from the train station but don't let this put you off staying here the walk there gives you a great look at all the shops/restaurants thats around the area. I went to 'burger i piwo' and 'regionalny bar' that located a 5min walk. Staff at hotel very friendly in helping me check in/out. The room was quiet during night "great" i would gave this room a 4.7 out of 5 just because it needs a new carpet but other than that room clean."
