"An absolutely lovely hotel in the Old Town! Incredible service and a very comfortable room. The walk from the airport shuttle pickup was about 15 minutes, a very nice downhill walk, and about a 10 minute walk from the Pile gate. It’s in the heart of the Old Town, a perfect location for exploring Dubrovnik and a quick walk to day tour and taxi pickup. Highly recommended! "

"Fantastic location close to Pile Gate, the small kitchen was very useful, and you are steps away from a variety of restaurants, shops and the various attractions of Dubrovnik. Room 3 had a very nice view as well! "

"The location cannot be beat. Property is nice. Stairs only. They use a lot of students to manage it which is great. We had a fire alarm incident when we were there which was unfortunate because the students were not capable of dealing with the situation appropriately. Outside of that, it is a good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of Dubrovnik Disneyland. Lol for the side streets..."

"Its was a nice stay. Close to alot of nice stuff like the cave bar and the beach area, and about 10 minute drive to old town debrovnik. The room was nice with confortable beds and a nice shower. "

"Great location with amazing view from walk out terrace with hot tub. We stayed in Penthouse apt (Lazarnia 3). The Apartment was clean and bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Only a short walk to old town, but my two cents you want to be here and have the view. The only suggestion if your taking a taxi or ride to apt do not use address given. Tell them to drop you at Biker Cafe. Then it is a quick walk to penthouse apt. The Lazarina 3 address drops you off at the bottom of an extremely long...

"Hotel was big, clean and had a nice view. Staff friendly and helpful. The downside noisy, limited sitting area at the lobby. The pool is nice, big but very noisy and lots of children. There is no space to swim. Food is good, coffee was very bad. Dinner time no drinks you will need to purchase water for 5 Euros a bottle. Overall great hotel for families with young children not for adults "

"I stayed here in August as a solo traveler and had a great experience. The guest house was in a perfect location, was clean, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Communication was clear via WhatsApp, and access to the property was not too difficult to find using Google Maps. "
