"The hotel staff and everyone at the Midland hotel makes the experience a great stay every time we go, however, the hot water is spotty at best. Last year I didn’t get one hot shower my entire stay. This year, I had exactly one hot shower. Love the hotel, the staff and the rooms are good. Street side rooms are a little noisy since I live in the country and am not used to any traffic. I switched to the opposite side of the building and it was much quieter. Overall, great place to stay!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru!"

"Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date. And have not refunded my money"
