"As a long time user of this hotel they should start to look into making the bar and restaurant area more attractive and up-to-date, it is somehow sad stepping into the bar and the restaurant. The staff should also undergo a repeat training of smiling and being courteous. The reception staff were great"

"This was a really great stay....nice, quaint hotel in the center of it all! Bob is so responsive. Everything went well as expected and I couldnt have been happier for my first trip to Oslo!"

"The most surprising part is heated bathroom floor! Shower glass is only partial . So get very wet I. The room but with heated floor, it dries pretty quickly! Also location was perfect for us to move around."

"The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but there were some significant downsides to my stay. First, the room was a disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient.
