"Very nice hotel in nice location. Close to China town and local convenient stores. It was a little difficult to pull up and take items out of your car if you are driving, but that’s only bc the road is very narrow leading to the hotel. the parking garage they suggest is very close though. The staff were very friendly and our rooms were nice and clean. Nice onsen area. We would stay again!"

"Hotel seems new, clean, quiet. Great location by the tram stop and near the station though it is an uncovered walk in the snow. Bathroom floor is level with the room. Sliding screens for the window so much better than curtains and block out 100% of the light. TV is small but HDMI port is easily accessible. Good breakfast. Just couldn't get the climate control the heat the room comfortably though, the vent is in the ceiling and all the warm air collects up there. If I stand up I could feel...

"Nice hotel, located 5 minutes walk from Shinkansen station. Able to buy 1 day tram pass from reception desk. Housekeeping was 6 stars, room was splendid clean and done daily. =) Hotel breakfast was a bento but had different offerings for the 2 days i stayed there. Yoshinoya is 24 hrs if i dont remember wrongly and was a 30 sec walk from hotel. Family mart is a 1 min walk."
