"This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels. The accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the dining options were really good, the chef is excellent. But the main thing is the service. This staff is fantastic. "Great hotel! I had no problem communicating in English with the very friendly staff. Room is very clean and modern, air conditioning works flawlessly. Nespresso coffee is available 24/7, so I didn't need to search out coffee elsewhere. Homemade Korean breakfast was delicious. I look forward to returning to Korea and I would absolutely come back to this hotel. Strongly recommended."
