"Front desk had good customer service. Although they should have advised us the first night that we arrived when we inquired about restaurants in the area, that there were several restaurants that can be accessed from the entrance/exit at the back area of the hotel. They only told us about the ones in the Main Street of which there was only two options at that time of night (8:30pm). "

"The location is very convenient, just a minute’s walk from the subway station. Housekeeping was excellent. However, the staff at the reception desk could have been a little more attentive."

"The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We checked in late in the evening and checked out the next morning so didn't get a chance to explore the area. The bed was very comfortable and I especially loved the upgraded quality of the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I normally travel with my own but didn't on this trip so especially appreciated these."

"It was a peaceful stay. all in room amenities are working properly. staff were friendly and approachable. We were able to leave our luggage while we had a short trip to busan. They provide locker service which is helpful"
