"Lovely hotel, with pool area and views of Burj Khalifa. However, service in the restaurant and bar wasn't great. Nearly every time we were in the restaurant for dinner or breakfast we had to get up to find someone to order. They needed more staff as we always struggled to find someone."

"Property is excellent. Staff are fantastic. Food and drink prices were reasonable. They provide a free shuttle bus to certain areas to assist with transport. The hotel provide earplugs for the room and you will need them if you are beach front side and trying to sleep before midnight, there is the newly developed J1 beach which has amazing beach clubs and the hotel has great atmosphere too, so either embrace that or try the ear plugs :) Will definitely book again."
