"Arosa is a quaint town and beautiful. Nestled in the mountains. The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. "The hotel has a beautiful bar and wonderful restaurant. The views from the room were spectacular. Our room in the Schloss was huge even though we just got a standard double room. There was even a walk-in closet. The decor was very traditional and the bathroom was big but was done in an old fashion style with a long narrow bath with a shower attachment.
