"This was the most welcoming place that we stayed of 7 places on our trip to Italy (which included 2 B&Bs). The room was clean. It was pretty much a standard size for Europe in this price range--not cramped, but not overly large either. The toiletries were welcome after having a run of bad luck with previous hotels. "Fantastic stay for sons rugby game. Hotel great location with Lidl supermarket near by Right by train station. Excellent disabled facilities and bonus that trains don't run after 2000hours. "This was a nightmare, and not at all as advertised. Should not be listed on Hotels.com. We were the only customers of the whole place, our car was the only car. Felt very insecure. No restaurant. The offered to run into town and get us food, but we pay! The staff was one receptionist. Saw the manager pass through, but he was totally unfriendly and unwelcoming. "ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day.
