"The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."

"We stay here overnight en route to Italy as it is convenient being just off of the main road. We have done the same now for 15 years, and have always stayed at this property. It is starting to look a little tired and dated from the outside nowadays, but the rooms are still clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. Fine stay in Colmar

"Near the Colmar train station and centre of bus network. Very clean, well-run and organized. Very good breakfast (extra). Front desk staff very helpful, fluent in English and German too. Indoor pool looked wonderful but I didn't use it. This property is most suited to families, and is self-catering with small stove, fridge, dishes, pots and dishwasher; there is no daily supply of towels or bedsheets. Laundry onsite and you put your own garbage and recycling out. If you are alone, it will take some organization to set up the routine especially on the last day (checkout is 10am) but I very much enjoyed this place - comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful, good location. Would return with pleasure. "
