"Rooms allow smoking, so has a strong smell. The room was very hot and we were unable to change the setting. No staff working at all past 11pm. Very strange."

"I had a really great stay in this hotel. Even if the lady could not speak English and I have very limited Korean, check in was easy. The room is clean and there is always water freely available. Keep in mind that it is quite far from downtown. There is only one bus every 2 hours. For the price, I had a great stay! I recommend it, there is also a restaurant."

"I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very cozy. I required non-emergent medical attention and the staff was wonderful in assisting my needs. Greatly appreciate their care for me during my stay in Jeonju. Also, the hotel is conveniently located 3km away from Jeonju Station (ktx), and about ten minute drive to the bus terminal. "

"This property was in a beautiful location however the suites were not clean or comfortable. The bed sheets were old, stained and torn and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The pool, tub and bath area smelled like sour drainage so a bath was not an option yet something I looked forward to and paid extra for. I found a poisonous centipede in my suitcase and my friend had a rat in the ceiling of their suite. In addition there are very few restaurants or cafes that are available or open...

"Needs to pay attention a bit more to the cleanness of the rooms. Some rooms for example offer a Styler but they reack to humidity and sweat from other guests. My guess those are not properly cleaned between stays. "

"Excellent spot situated in the middle of Jeonju Hanok Village. Great breakfast with plenty of fruit, rice cakes, and coffee provided by the lovely couple that owns the place. You also get discounts and benefits from a Hanbok rental shop that they recommend going to. The beds are traditional futons, so might not be ideal for some people.
