Onsite restaurant offered good dinner options at a reasonable cost. The breakfast buffet provided was one of the best on our trip. Private garage for parking was appreciated and convenient."

"We had some problems of a foul smell in our bedroom but the staff was very attentive and did everything they could to help. When the issue couldn't be resolved, they switched the rooms. Everything we requested was taken care of, we were very pleased with the service."

"We could not fault our stay at Hotel Garni Selene, it has a beautiful pool and lovely large balconies, all with an uninterrupted view of the lake. All of the hotel was spotlessly clean. It was a great location for us and we used the shuttle bus several times to go into Malcesine. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We would haven no hesitation in returning to hotel Garni."

"Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. As our room had big window to the sun, the room become very hot from late-morning to the late afternoon, 3) The hotel is on the main road which is not show on the main picture - not too much noise, but trucks are there early morning. "The staff of Hotel Jolanda was very friendly and helped us with a few questions we had on the area. The room itself is on the smaller side and a bit old but the bed is very comfortable. The view from the hotel’s terrace is wonderful. Having our breakfast there was the best part of our short stay at the hotel. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to try out the pool but it looked very refreshing!"
