"The hotel is showing its age. The beds were rock hard. The room and bathroom were clean but had some visible damage. No AC or television in room. Staff were civil to guests. Guest parking is awkward but secure. The overall neighborhood is rather creepy. "

"El Jardin is a delightful hotel right in the center of Montezuma. It is steps away from the beach. I was especially impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful grounds. Rooms are clean and nice."

"Bahia Rica Was an oasis in Paquera. We stayed for one night and did the bioluminescent tour and Isla Tortuga. The guest house was a rustic sanctuary where you feel one with nature. Lots of monkeys, and beautiful birdwatching. 253 steps down to a secluded beach where we had breakfast and we’re given various choices of cuisine. Isla Tortuga was awesome with Juan as a guide.
