"Old hotel lacked the normal conveniences, like phone, bedroom dresser, handwash soap. Suite with kitchenette lacked cookware & utensils. When asked if we wanted these in the room, we said yes, but had to ask again after checking in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is great for shopping and dining downtown. "

"We really like how close the hotel is to restaurants, the mall, etc. The staff were all helpful and super friendly. The pool was a favorite with our kids! The only downside for us was that the hotel is under major construction. They are doing their best to accommodate guests during this time but just something to be aware of. We would stay here again.
