"Lo único que deben revisar son las políticas sobre el servicio de Shuttle al aeropuerto y que no son claras las horas de Check in y check out, pareciera que es 27/7. Decidí este hotel porque tenía incluido el transporte y porque llegué inesperadamente a la 1 am. Tuve que pagar el transporte desde aleropuerto al Hotel. Sí pasé muy mal momento por eso, sin embargo, la atención y que me recibieran a las 4 am, además de un yougurt que no me cobraron, compensó el mal rato. Aun así, me parece...

"Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Could use some updates. Room included a kitchen with sink, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Dishes and utensils were also included. Property has beautiful vegetation, some being exotic. Manager was quite congenial."

"The first night was horrible, one room had many bed bugs. We didn’t use one of the rooms as we didn’t want to deal with the bugs. For the Second room the girls took the bed boards off as they found spiders. I did request to get moved to another room. Reception was understandable and got us moved the same night. We did get moved to another bigger cabin. Which was much cleaner. Other than the first night we ran out of water. The last two nights we had issues sleeping due to a sound of a pipe....
