"We arrived late at Hotel Paradis due to our train schedule. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile; their names were Roger, Hanin, and Paula. After an exhausting eight-hour trip from Barcelona, Spain, we were starving. To our dismay, all the nearby restaurants were closed. I asked Mr. Hanin if the hotel bar had any food, and in a kind gesture, he brought us a complimentary bowl of biscuits. We really appreciated his kindness and assistance. "The location close to the train station was great. Staff was friendly and easy check in and check out."

"The hotel is very nice but the lights in hallways are Motion sensor and when you step out of your room. The hall is pitch black. We had to take an earlier flight and the lobby was also dark and no one was by the desk. We had to ask to turn on the lights while we waited for a cab. Nice hotel but this is concerning!"

"Lovely staff and very helpful. The location is very quiet and is at the foot of the mountain. Breakfast is good and lots of variety. It’s only 10mins walk to Lourdes Sanctuary. It’s a lovely walk to the sanctuary by the river. I would recommend this hotel. "
