"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "

"I booked this hotel through hotels.com. When I arrived, the address of the hotel was incorrect. The address is an empty lot. the taxi driver luckily helped me by asking MANY people where the hotel was. It turned out to be about 2 streets behind and a few blocks down from the specified address.
