"Staff exceptional"

"We only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good for a single nights stay. It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and The Falls. We were greeted by the owner on arrival who was full of local information and willingness to help. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Pros:location is ok (15 min walk to centre) nice outdoor and restaurant area. Clean. Cons: the room is like a sauna in summer as its so small and is in the roof with a sky light. Overpriced for a bunk bed and shared bathroom. No kitchen. The shower turns off after about a minute but you can just keep pressing the button. "

"Das ganze Zimmer roch muffig, blieb muffig, obwohl 24/h das Fenster geöffnet war!!! Nachtisch staubig, Toilettentüre beschmutzt, im Badezimmer Staubwädel, Abstelltisch Farbe teils weg. ÜberzugKopfkissen ausgefranst, Nähte defekt. Ist nicht zu empfehlen! "

"Scammers"

"BeCozy is right next to Zurich Oerlikon train station (one station away from the main Zurich train station), which makes it really convenient and easy to get to. Around the hotel are all the food and coffee and convenience shop options you will need. Most interestingly, BeCozy has taken over the old Zurich Swissotel's premises, which shut down in mid-late November 2020, ostensibly due to the pandemic. Therefore, for much more affordable rates, you are essentially staying at former Swissotel...

"Bij het boeken stond gratis parkeren achteraf krijg je te horen dat je moet betalen. Inplaats van dat hij dat netjes aangeeft van te voren hoor je het achteraf. Hetzelfde met internet we vroegen de code maar hij gaf niet aan dat hij dit in rekening zou brengen. Dat bleek ergens op een papiertje te staan. Wij vroegen voor de zekerheid de WiFi code maar gingen gelijk de deur uit dus hebben hem nooit gebruikt. En dan beschuldigd deze man ons ook nog dat we cola van hem hebben gedronken terwijl...

"This is not a hotel. And if the photo has not changed yet, it is also not anywhere near the waterfront. It is a private residence in a high rise apt. building. I have no idea how you are even expected to get in. It is a locked facility. We ultimately went to a different motel after a great deal of frustration and expense. After almost 1 hour on the phone with Orbitz (the people on the phone were kind and understanding) they did refund our money and said they would change the photo."
