"Excellent front desk, very helpful, valuable directions, great location short walk to Petite Socco, view of the harbor when you walk to the street, close to the port. Well kept, always someone cleaning every detail, lobby, hallways included. Typical Moroccan bed was too firm for me -caused tossing and turning. Clean bathroom, my single room had combined shower/toilet. They had a square wooden shower platform but the rest of the floor the tile is slippery when wet and could cause someone to fall."

"The bathroom in room 3 was so smelly that you couldn’t get good sleep during the night. The bed was facing the window which was directly facing the corridor. You had to close the window to sleep unless you gave up your own privacy. The breakfast was bad too. "

"Arrivés le jour de notre réservation comme prévu et à notre grande surprise nous apprenons que notre réservation avait été annulée !! Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de même de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant qu’une chambre puisse se libérer car il avait loué la notre ! "Pros: The staff was friendly and the appartment was very clean. The location was great and it was close to all the sights. Cons: The wifi was broken on the first day and there was no hot water for the shower on the second night. You can also hear the dogs barking very well. "

"Nous avions réservé un appartement au bâtiment F et finalement nous avons eu l'appartement dans le E bref arrivé a 18h et logement était ba peine prêt ménage pas terminé. Nous étions 6personnes et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes pratique et ne parlons pas des couverts 2fourchettes 1 couteau et 2Cuilleres. Une honte on réserve pour 6 et ce n'est même pas équipé nous avons été obligé de prendre les couvertures qu'il y avait dans notre voiture car pas assez pour tout le monde bref je ben recommande...
