"Hotel was located in center of everything you want to do in Seoul. It was close to shopping, food, and transportation facilities. Everything was so convenient. "The hotel has all the qualities of a great 5 star. Grand Hyatt Seoul is one of the nicer and luxurious one compared to other Grand Hyatts in the world. Super classy hotel with great services to match. I love their ice skating rink, and managed to squeeze time to enjoy their pool too during my short stay. "

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. The room on the 16th floor had a nice view of Namsan mountain and the Seoul tower. Our visit was in late February, 2025 so it was quite cold outside. However, our room was excessively warm and wouldn't go below 25 degrees Celsius, even with the window open. The queen bed only had two pillows which were very firm and uncomfortable. In the evening, the internet speed dropped to only 10Mbs download which made it impossible to complete some work related...
