"I went with my partner in mid-January, the hotel is accessible to everything, 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean, they smelled good, the included breakfast was good, hot and cold options, fruits, good coffee, fresh every day and the area clean. The front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast staff were super good and attentive to everything. "Nice place for the price. Wasn’t really expecting there to be a set of bunk beds in the room when we got there but, didn’t effect the stay either way. "

"The check in staff was very friendly. Our room was nice. It was clean. I had read reviews prior to arriving. Our towels were clean, but I would agree they're on the scratchy side. I only rated 4 stars because they need to wash their floors better. My grandchild refuses to wear shoes or socks. The bottom of their feet was black.To fix this, we put footy pajamas on them.
