"Clean and efficient room. Mine did not have a window, I didn't mind that. Very friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to Bugis MRT station is very convenient. Bus stops are even closer. Plenty of shopping and dining options in Bugis Junction, Suntec City, Marina Square, to name a few. Only a few minutes bus ride to Chinatown, Maxwell Food Center."

"I arrived late and wrote the facility while I kept ringing the doorbell for 5-10 minutes. No one responded. I waited outside for about another 5 minutes until another guest allowed me to walk in with her. I had luggage and was obviously not a likely burglar. No one was at reception. A few minutes later Edel walked in and registered me. The facility was OK, but there is no lock on the shared bedroom door and it is right across from reception. The boarder next to my bed was only a thin old...

"Very spacious room. Good room to shower ratio. Nice little lounge where drinking water is provided. Only wish we would have been told when checking in how to turn on the hot water. Thankfully it wasn't it's never really too cold for a cold shower in Singapore."
