"The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We checked in late in the evening and checked out the next morning so didn't get a chance to explore the area. The bed was very comfortable and I especially loved the upgraded quality of the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I normally travel with my own but didn't on this trip so especially appreciated these."

"The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!"

"No complaints. The staff was very friendly and knew their English very well. All of them were very accommodating and friendly when helping out. This place is convenient with walking distance to medical clinics and the AK Plaza Mall. Very clean and not small or claustrophobic. Would book again. I think this is my favorite location."

"The pictures showed a clean new hotel but the reality was that I developed an immediate medical allergic reaction once I stepped into my room. Also disappointed with service as did not get refund or any sort of compensation. I had to then book a different hotel for the same day."
