"We really enjoyed our whole stay here. The view is beautiful. Most importantly they have a grouo if amazing staff, each and everyone were so friendly and welcoming. Our room gets cleaned daily. Just some key notes is to keep the water bottle thats in your room to fill up at the water diapenser and room towels were not changed daily. Overall we had an amazing experience. "

"This resort was amazing! All the restaurants and food were great, I even enjoyed the buffet. All the staff were great and very polite, welcoming, and helpful! Alicia was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help us book excursions that weren't offered by the resort. She also walked us right to our room and showed us where everything was and she always booked any taxis we needed to go anywhere we needed. I also suggest checking out Shirley heights, it's beautiful and a great experience...

"We went for our honeymoon after finding out about bolongo on tik tok. It was absolutely perfect and I don’t have a bad thing to say. The staff INCREDIBLE, the food INCREDIBLE, the drinks INCREDIBLE. Every moment from the time we arrived at the property to when we were leaving the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I CANNOT recommend bolongo more!!!
