"I stayed 2 nights here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Back in North America, Best Western feels to be of a lower quality/standard, so it was a nice surprise. The location is about 25m by bus away from Jeonju KTX station but only a 15m walk to the hanok village area. There's also a convenience store right across the street that many guests frequented. "Visited with parents during Christmas break. An absolute gem — we loved every small detail in the rooms and play areas, since it was really well decorated with Korean traditional hints everywhere. Also loved the breakfast options they provided us, the food was so good!!! I really want to visit again. Thank you staff for providing such a welcoming experience."

"This was a different kind of stay for us. Room is tiny and you sleep on a heated floor. My husband has a bad back so I asked for padding. The manager not only gave me padding but sat with us to explain the rules of the hotel and went over a map of the village and where to go sightseeing, food and drinks. The bathroom was a challenge because the toilet and shower are in the same room and I feel like everything gets wet.However it's how most bathrooms are in korea. They also do not give full size...

"When we first visited The May hotel, we had a little or no expectation but we were surprised at the quality of the facility and the services we have received.
