"This property is GREAT value for money. Everything you could possibly want in one place. The location is exceptional, a short walk(5min) from the metro and train station, or opt for the bus stop right outside. The facilities available were fantastic and the hostel is really well managed. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are tidy and well kept, with room service coming in every day to clean the bathroom. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen."

"We arrived to The Square to find out that the hotel was closed for renovation. It was very difficult to find the reception especially since it was late and the entire hotel was dark. Luckily the young lady at the 7-11 helped us out. Fortunately the Square had made alternate arrangements at the Phoenix Hotel. The Phoenix hotel staff were very accommodating, we had a clean and comfortable room. We were also given a bottle of Champaign for the inconvenience. The Phoenix was close to many...
