"Large lodge within short walking distance of Prince Gondola number 2. My group of 5 stayed in for 2 nights. We had 2 tatami rooms with the wall divider separated to make the room 1 large room. Sleeping arangements were Futons on the floor which we had to unfold and prepare ourselves, but everything was provided in the cupboards. Sinks, toilets are shared with everyone on the same floor but there is plenty to go around for everyone. There is also a mens only and womens only communal bath on...

"其實整體來講也不算差，酒店位置的確是不近車站，但隔離雪場真的很近，可以步行就去到，店主其實很友善，只是有點言語上溝通不到，但其實他也很用心幫忙，只是旅館就只他一個人，所以要點時間等待，浴室是共用的，所以也不要有甚麼期望好了，不過熱水是有的，只是要點時間去準備，所以整體用這個價錢來說，其實已經算不錯了"

"Location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the station and chair lift. Kitchen staff is very thoughtful. I stayed for 3 nights, although all 3 nights were hot pot for dinner with the same ingredients, the soup base was different for every night. Staff are super friendly, making you feel welcome. The only issue I had was on the first night when there kids staying and they ran around the whole lodge making all sort of noise until late."

"Classic modern Japanese Inn with shared bathrooms and onsen, tatami rooms with Japanese bedding. No mens room on the 2nd floor. No staff, check-in and out automated. Basic facilities but all working order. Clean and Good location for exploring Yuzawa area, if you are comfortable with Japanese style travel."

"Be warned: this property is NOT in Minamiuonuma, or even very close to town. To avoid an absurd taxi fare, catch the local train to Shiozawa and arrange for the property owner to pick you up at the station. That aside, the property itself is very basic, but also charming. Owner is absolutely lovely. Location has outstanding views, and the back of the building directly faces a ski lift. As long as you're not expecting much from the place, it is more than sufficient for a quick stay."

"Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...

"It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "
