“Excellent room and superb breakfast. Attentive staff. Minor problem at reception when they had no knowledge of our booking but they had a room free so it all worked out.”

“We love this place. It has charging for our electric vehicle which suits us nicely. The staff are exceedingly helpful; the rooms well appointed with lovely soft pillows and very clean bathrooms. We had a room with a separate lounge this time which was a treat. The restaurant is also very special and the breakfast delicious. The property is near the road so there is some traffic noise but this wasn’t significant enough to worry about, Ripon is an interesting place to walk around too so don’t miss...

“The family room was very nice, however the room would be better for 2 adults and 2 children as the sofa, which turned into a bed, was too narrow and short for 2 people. The bedroom doesnt have any access to any windows as there was a double door balcony which was unable to open due to safety, but it was very hot. However the staff were very nice and gave us an extra fan. The parking was good and close on the premises but had it be paid for.”
