"Apple house is a delightful place to stay while at York. Staff are nice and approachable. Breakfast has a number of choices with good portions. Free parking is the biggest perk staying with them. We don't mind the 10mins walk to the city. Definitely staying here again if we visit York in the future. "

"Myself and two friends stayed here as we were watching a concert in Leeds city centre. Location is fine and really easy to get a taxi into the city. Really quiet area. Ron is a great host and the rooms were fine. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Leeds as the price is great. "
