WORST EXPERIENCE GOING! There is no reception, to gain access and check in you must contact via phone for access codes(no problem). The problem began in room 1 on the ground floor, absolutley freezing, like standing outside! Heater provided was a small electric panel heater that would have absolutely no chance of heating a room that size. I gave it a chance for 1 hour whilst wearing 2 jumpers a coat a hat and my shoes because the floor was so cold you wouldnt want to walk on it. Bathroom was even colder with plywood instead of a window and the ceiling flaking onto the floor from previous water damage i presume. Phoned the contact number to complain and told heating would be coming on , went out for 1 hour as it was more comfortable outside and upon my return stilll no heating. Phoned again and asked to switch rooms, which we did. Room 7 was smaller so easier to heat with small electric heater we where given, still no heat coming out the radiators and although this was an improvement it was still not suitable for people to be staying in. The bathroom had no heating and was so cold we kept the door shut and decided not to shower. By this time it was getting late so I used every spare blanket available and tried to sleep with a cold breeze going over my bald head and 7 mattress springs in my spine as i believe the mattresses are even older than the building itself.
I have no idea how these rooms can be sold, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IT IS HORRENDOUS!
