“숙소에 안내하는 사람도 없고, 서비스도 모두 이메일로 송통해야 해서 너무 불편하네요”

“지금 시드니인데 숙소가 너무 비교가 되네요. 체크인 할 때 상주 직원이 없어 놀라긴 했지만 시설이나 위치가 좋았습니다. 호텔에서 공지했듯 옆 건물이 공사 중이라 7시 무렵부터 시끄럽지만 주말엔 공사를 안해요.”

“제 생각에 이 호텔의 최고 장점은 사우스 야라 역과 가깝다는 것. 시설도 매우 깨끗하고 아파트 형식으로 세탁기, 토스터기, 전자레인지 등 많은 기구가 있어 참 좋았지만 하우스키핑 서비스를 7일 이상 숙박하여야 해주신다는 점(그냥 알아서 살아야함), 와이파이가 무료지만 공유네트워크가 뜨지않고 연결이 원활하지않아 그냥 가져온 포켓와이파이를 써야했고 저희가 묵은 숙소는 갑자기 두꺼비집에 이상이 생겨 객실의 모든 전등과 히터에 전기가 들어오지않는 이상이 생겼었지만 이미 오후 10시가 넘어 로비에는 아무도 안 계셨고 다음날 아침 해결하기는 하였지만 미안하다는 사과한마디 없으셨습니다. 이런 긴급한 사항에 대비할 수 있는 사람이나 시설을 마련했으면 좋겠습니다.”

“Great location, no internal signage so took some time to find my room.Lift doesn't go to lower floor so had to carry luggage up and down. Room ok ,really quiet ,has huge potential needs TLC ”

“Great property. Lovely and clean. Spacious apartment with balcony. Lovely owner whose attention to detail did not go unmissed! We loved the handy location a very short walk to the centre of Healesville. Handy for shops, bars, restaurants, Jayden Ong's Winery and and the brewery as well as the pubs. We parked up and didn’t need the car for our 2 night stay! Four Pillars only a 10 minute walk away. We will be coming back again as we enjoyed it so much.”

“Great location, great views, great communication. What lacked was quality furniture - everything was budget furniture, and mismatched towels of poor quality. The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue. I understand these things happen - but I feel as though the organisation should have management plans in place for these matters that...
