I was disappointed with the overall experience, apart from Joy and Erica the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and seemed unfriendly, unprofessional, not welcoming, they feel bored by my questions and didn’t want to help. They always acted as if they were tired and I was bothering them with my questions , the manager was extremely rude, arrogant and lack management skills. He was unhelpful and uninterested in addressing my concerns about my invoices! My contactless hotel room door card/key was always faulty and the TV remote control never works properly leading me to always get out of the room to go at the front desk for help even at relaxation time with my child. The staff was never happy to get the card/key changed and they were acting as if it was my fault if the card was not working in the first place. There was also an African-American male staff that never smiled or want to answer any questions he was always grumpy, extremely nonchalant/sleepy and when I ask him about my invoice, he directed me back to the manager knowing that he could’ve simply helped me himself. They whole staff are not kids friendly as they always have a weird look directed to my son when he was walking around in the lobby area under my supervision of course! My hotel room was clean. Housekeeper was done every day, including weekends. Free breakfast was ok!
