“Nice propery in a great location, close to china town, the football stadium and city center. Great space at a very resonable price. A little noisey at bedtime as close to a local pub, but quiets down after that. We would stay here again”

“We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.”

“We were working in the area, easy public transport into centre asda literally 2minutes walk away, property was very clean and tidy and any questions were answered straight away . Ideal for what we needed, will definitely be staying again”

“First and foremost, do not book this place. We arrived at the property around 5pm because we had been at the museum all afternoon. Before getting there, we had picked up ready meals for dinner. We discovered 5 minutes after arrival that the property had no power. It was clear that the power had been shut off by power company or similar as no issues with the fuse box. We were in a what's app chat with property management and let them know and they stated that they couldn't get it fixed so...

“Great central location albeit a little hard to find from the street. Flat is in need of redecoration and a proper clean. Dust all over, clumps of hair on the floor, the hardwood flooring has seen better days and is coming up in places. Be warned, lots of steps to get to property with no lighting. ”

“It was spacious flat , clean and had everything we needed for our stay . It was perfect for our needs, parking was right outside the property which was useful . Had great communication with Alexander properties. Which made everything easy . Would recommend this property and Alexander properties. ”

“We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend ”
