“My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

“The property owners need to update photos of the property. While the place isn’t dirty, the photos make it look like much better than it actually is. We found a few dead insects and the bedding and furniture were dilapidated. We had the property for 3 nights but left after the first night into a different place.”

“I was very disappointed about this property I have booked with two twin beds and they gave one bed apartment also I booked six months in advance so I should get twin bed apartment My son has to sleep on sofa for 8 nights. I did make sure with Expedia and they said yes you will get twin bed, also they gave me different apartment which I haven't booked”

“The hotel building didn't look like much, but the interior facilities and rooms were good. All the hotel staff were friendly. The only dissatisfaction is that the price of food in the restaurant inside the hotel is too expensive. Everything else is satisfactory.”

“원통형 건물이라 엘리베이터에서 객실까지 많이 걸어야합니다.이것이 가장 단점입니다.공항에서도 무척 가깝습니다. 식당(부페)도 다양한음식이 준비되어 있습니다. 호텔 종업원들도 무척 친절합니다. 건물 가운데에는 다른곳에서 볼수없는 숲이 있어 눈요기를 제공합니다. 그런데 호텔에서 행사가 무척 많은듯합니다. 제가 숙박하는 기간중에는 주말빼고는 행사때문에 사람들이 굉장히 많았습니다.”

"전반적으로 나쁘지 않은데, 1. 방에서 냄새가 나요. 방을 교체했음에도 냄새가 났어요 2. 데스크에 있는 남자 직원분들은 친절하지 않은 것 같아요. 3. 음식은 그냥 먹을만했어요"

Bad service

"They at first said that the construction is only on the 8th floor, thus the 1st floor which they gave to me was said to be the best one. However on the first night I heard a loud construction noice at 3 AM which woke me up and ruined the rest of the day. When I asked to shift to another room, the receptionist keeps telling me that there is no other room and that the 1st floor is the best one. If they shift me it would be next to an evevator which will be noisy. I trusted them until the last night of my stay, there was a reek of paint or gasoline on the 1st floor and I just could not breathe. Right after I made a fuss in then they showed me 3rd and 4th floor which was quiet and was really nice. I was really upset with the whole service they gave me. This was my second time staying there and I don't think I'll ever comeback. I am really disappointed."
