“Upon arrival you see a sign that says to the effect that we should have received cabin number and door code via our service provider or call answering service at given number. We received no such information emails so we called the answering service number. There was no pickup so we left a voice mail withour number. Twice. Called around 5pm. We received no response for either day of our reservation and therefore were forced to book with a hotel. There was definitely a breakdown in communication...
