“Well maintained property in a good area. Stayed just one night for business in Grand Rapids”

“A nice place downtown, and a bit more understated than some of the others. It's in an older building that's been reworked as a hotel, which can make for some cool spaces. Be sure to get a room down the hall from the elevator, as the outside floors are old and a bit squeaky, but the rooms themselves are nice and peaceful.”

“Great stay! Staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, too. We will stay here again. ”

“Check in was quick and easy. Room are much better then in years past. They are still under rehab construction and they don’t try to hide it. I would be surprised if they end up finishing it. Doesn’t look like it’s a full time project. More like a DIY when the mood hits to work on it. Our room was much newer than the last time we stayed. We would stay there again for a room rate under $100 a night. ”

“Check-in was seamless, it was a nice place to stay...but it would have been nice if the parking lot had been plowed and the entry/exit at the road was plowed up and cleaner to enter/exit.”
