"We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. The room was spacious, very clean and had a huge bed (2 singles pushed together which may not be to everyone’s taste). The breakfast included a wide variety of items - continental and cooked - and the dining area was huge so not overly crowded. The staff on reception were helpful offering advice on places to visit (and areas to avoid during the busy Holy Week crowds!) We also used the restaurant where staff were attentive and the food was of good quality and reasonable cost for a high end city centre hotel. The gym was clean and had lots of choices in terms of equipment. The main attractions in Seville were a short 10-15 minute walk away and there was a small grocery store at the end of the road for convenience items. The only downside was the fact that the hairdryer in the bathroom blew out cold air rather than warm. When we reported the issue the maintenance team came immediately to swap out the unit, which shows good customer service, but unfortunately the second dryer was as disappointingly cool as the first! "

"This is a great hotel for families even though it sometimes feels like a retirement home. It is quiet, clean, the staff is helpful, and it is a 2 minute walk to the beach. "

"The hotel is well located in the centre of Seville with easy access to all main attractions. The Hotel was impeccable in every way. Room was amazing, towels changed and room cleaned every day. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Roof top bar and pool area were fantastic too! We can’t mark this hotel down on anything at all. We would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back. "

"We love this hotel and it made our time in Seville extra special. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when after our first night we asked to change room. We were kindly moved to a fabulous room (no.2). The piano room is a lovely addition and we enjoyed after dinner drinks and a game of cards while listening to the music. We felt like we were really experiencing old Seville at this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, rooms super quiet at night and we loved all the inner courtyards, antiques, plants and character. Re our room change; we had initially been given room 101 which needs an upgrade as it smells of damp, the window doesn't open and the bathroom door doesn't close. We were so pleasantly surprised to be moved to a much nicer room and very grateful to have been accommodated so quickly and without fuss. Thank you, we would highly recommend staying here!"
