“Hotel has wrong history so hotel was beautiful. However we arrived in the hotel after 6:30 PM. So there was no staff in the reception. We visited to the restaurant but no one pay attation to us even if we called the people. And there was no person who could speak in English. It is not easy for whom can speak in German.”

“Super Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, vor allem auch für Allergiker. Sehr nettes Servicepersonal. Nur schade dass es kein Aussenbecken gibt. Sonst schöner Wellnessbereich ”

“Hote reception master sad you can't pay credit card because card machine was out of work. He pressure me paying by cash.”

“Het ontbijt was door de vele gasten ondermaats. Broodjes, beleg en alle andere toebehoren waren te weinig of konden niet tijdig worden aangevuld. Mede te wijten aan te weinig personeel op dat moment. Veel gasten tegelijk aan ontbijt, daar moet je op anticiperen. Gasten gingen daarom zelf maar voor in de bediening. ”

“Stayed here two years ago. Just feels like it has run down a bit. Had a problem with a waiter and spoke to manager about it. Not with complaining attitude but so he would know. I’d want to know if I was mgr. not much in the way of apology… maybe the waiter was the owner’s nephew? Just. Didn’t have an overall feel of service.”

“Leider gibt es in ganz Langenargen ein Parkplatz Problem. Höchstparkdauer 4Std.! Und nachts?!? Somit mussten wir das Auto 800m entfernt abstellen. Das war aber das einzig negative.”
