“We have stayed here before because it is a great location and the hotel facilities are very good at a very good price. The staff are very good. The only issue was the difficulty with using the television. Could not view any TV stations. The staff offered to help but we were away through the day and hence did not have the opportunity to take up their offer. I do not blame the staff at all. ”

“Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory.”
