“The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

“Wonderful hosts, beautiful area, linens and cooking utensils provided, as well as a few tea bags and coffee sachets for a cuppa and a sit down when you arrive! easy self check in with amenable hosts. 10/15 min walk to the local high street, and ample parking space. a great self catering stay - does the job, i would happily recommend and stay again. thank you!”

“I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. ”

“I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected. The undercounter lights flashed on...

“Room was warm and comparable, last time we stayed we complained as it was freezing, but gave it another chance. Slept well, breakfast was very good. The only thing I found is that the staff couldn’t be bothered, tried to avoid any kind of eye contact, never said hello, please or thank you-very strange. ”

"런던 이용객이라면 스텐스테드 공항 자체가 추천할만하지 않아요. 호텔 자체는 평균 이상입니다만 공항셔틀이 무료가 아니라 요금이 무지 비싸요. 공항 근처에 머무는 이유가 무료공항셔틀을 이용하기 위한건데 많은 돈을 지불해야 합니다. 호텔 근처에 먹을수 있는 곳이 전혀 없어서 저녁에 배달할 수 있는 곳은 맥도날드이고 역시 배달비가 추가됩니다."
