“Vorab: wir hatten wirklich tolle 5 Tage bei absolutem Top-Service in einem geschmackvollem geräumigen Keralabungalow. Wir hatten einen Beachbungalow gebucht, um durch die Palmen von unserer Terrasse in Richtung Strand zu schauen. Das war leider nicht möglich, da ein Blechzaun die Sicht auf den Strand verhindert. Hinter dem Zaun beginnt nach 50 Metern die Rückseite eine Kette von kleinen Geschäften und Imbissen für die Locals. So sieht es dort leider auch aus - es liegt sehr viel Müll herum, der...

“Beach was beautiful- World Class! The room was perfect- great size. Food was excellent with good variety for all. Pool was fun and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area. Recommend guests to go out on the beach first light to see the fishing boats come in.”

“A lovely resort. The pool is exceptional. Very clean with nice private bungalows. The food was good and there were excellent touches such as a bird watching walk, and afternoon tea. Delicious food in the restaurant. Beach was very nice. ”

“Remember, this is not about a 5 star stay. This is a family home near the beach. Jimmy, his wife and his son Emile, offer a delightful, 'all we can do to help' environment. It's lovely and your not trashing the environment with loads of ultimately unnecessary extras. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Great home cooking...excellent trips and good aircon. Thanks guys. ”

“Eine nette großzügig angelegte Anlage mit 3 Wohngebäuden und einer Rezeption mit Restaurant. Sehr grün. Essen konnte man sich immer auf‘s Zimmer oder Terrasse bringen lassen. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand ca. 1km - gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Essen war gut! ”

“This property was lovely and we especially enjoyed taking the canoes through the waterway for 7 minutes to the beach. The spa was wonderful and the restaurant on the property is excellent. Fabulous breakfast buffet, and they will make eggs for you. Two nights was not enough here!”

“New clean property. Although room has small kitchen, ther are no utensils so you cannot cook. Like all Indian hotels we visit only one towel provided. You need to ask for more.”

“A great heritage place to stay for a few days of exploring Alleppy, beaches and the backwaters, located across a local road by the massive beach. Hotel is a lovely well maintained old traditional building with a swimming pool and restaurant. Paid a bit more for a large traditional room with a large shared lounge and outside seating area next to the pool.
