"Simple accommodations in a great location. We loved being so close to the Valencia Silk Exchange and the cathedral. Valencia is a wonderful city and we look forward to visiting again. The apartment was comfortable, and we were glad to be able to wash our clothes! The staff was very helpful and brought over a laundry detergent pod so we didn't have to go out and buy a whole lot more than we needed. "

"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "During my five-night stay at your new hotel, I've observed that the lack of door closers on most room doors results in significant noise disturbances from slamming doors throughout the day and night. This may also have contributed to the malfunction of the electronic lock in my previous room. I recommend prioritizing the installation of door closers to ensure guest comfort and prevent damage to both doors and locking mechanisms. WIFI is not working efficient alwsy disconnecting.
