“Our stay was just okay. We’ve been looking to stay here for years and finally booked it. It was underwhelming. The property is nice, but not that nice. The elevators smell like stale air or sweat. The pool and hot tub are small, water fountain didn’t work, hot tub was kind of clean. The hotel rooms are nice but already starting to age. The property is in a good location. I prefer Vail Village and other properties. For the price, it’s a no go. You can do much better.”

“Lovely stay, location can’t be beat! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms have been renovated in an older building. Only complaint was you could hear any noise in the hallway including speaking voices and doors. Would stay again.”

“The room was so beautiful and clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and the parking facility was conveniently located a few steps from the hotel entrance. The backside access to the shops and restaurants made our stay so pleasant. My family and I will definitely stay here again soon.”

“Perfect location”

“You can't put lipstick on a pig. This is a very old property that some updating has been done but mostly to the common areas. Although the room seemed clean, the carpet looked worn and dirty. Opening the window was difficult and something I wished I had gloves on before I touched it. The location is great.”
