“All the staff at the hotel were friendly and they were all bright and welcoming. In particular, FATMA and SERAY, which are in charge of guest relations, checked the customer's satisfaction needs every day several times a day, so my family were very comfortable. “Old hotel in big need of renovation. Location is good and pool and beach is good, but restaurant and staff would benefit from an upgrade. The rooms are really old and you can hear everything from other rooms and the corridors. We will not stay here again and we choose to eat outside even when we had all inclusive paid for. Breakfast was included but given the late arrival I opted for more sleep. The staff were excellent, particularly the guy at the front desk on arrival who helped us print out new boarding passes to save queueing at the airport.”

“The room was big and had good facilities. The price per night was good. The staff were nice and polite. Unfortunately the bathroom was a wet room, which I don't like, meaning that the shower was not enclosed in a cubicle. If you didn't have a quick shower, the water went into the room itself.
