"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests. We enjoyed the restaurants and the property thoroughly with the only exception of a very bad smell in one of the rooms that got worse during our stay. We informed the front desk of the issue, and they apologized, but we were checking out, so there was nothing that could be done. Strangely the hotel hallways and elevator corridors...

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Very clean, and right across the sky bridge from the subway and train station. It was also next to iPark shopping mall which is massive. If you reserved a suite, note that check-in is on the 26th floor, not the first floor desk. There are special privileges for those staying in the suites, like free pool use and separate lounge. We didn't know about the lounge use until the day before we had to check-out. :( I don't recall being told about the separate lounge...
