"Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. "The staff is amazing, offering assistance and contacting you before you arrive making sure you know how to get there and once your are there extremely helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the room so spacious! Lovely balcony and hotel ambiance. I am recommending to all my friends it is great! Did I say the staff was great?
