“Apartment was spotless and lots of thoughtful touches including treats for our dog. We stayed during warm weather and a fan in the apartment would have been greatly appreciated. Shame about the noisy neighbours on the first night and during the second night we could hear a bird or something moving around in the loft area, however we would definitely recommend and return here as its an ideal base for Rutland Water and very dog friendly! ”

“Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...
