"The property was beautiful and our room overlooked the ball drop pole. However, the only complaint I have is that they charge you $40 per day plus taxes to "use at the hotel" I wish this was included in the initial price, not after you get to the hotel."

"Excellent staff. Very helpful. Excellent location in the theater district. We walked everywhere or took the subway. Continental breakfast very nice. Only one elevator worked during our visit. This was very inconvenient. I understand that the hotel was waiting for a part to arrive."

"As it happened, the place was full of high school seniors conducting college tours. Unfortunately, they were up making noise in the hallways all night long, which sucked, but otherwise nice stay. Also, the hotel is under renovation. We were fortunate to get one of the "new" rooms. One person described the difference between the new rooms and the old rooms as being the same as the difference between heaven and hell. Great place, but be sure to get a "new" room!"
