"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno. Staff were welcoming, polite, and very helpful. We orginally booked 2 nights and then added 2 more. As our plans were not set in stone we even ended up booking 4 more nights at the end of our trip as well. The hotel was gracious enough to hold our luggage for one night when we went on a side trip with family. They also held our luggage for a few hours on our last day after checkout so we could visit family to say goodbye before having to head...

"This is the best hotel I stayed in Japan, a lot of complimentary stuff and the staffs are helpful and my kids have fun in the hotel as well Got playground, free game station, infant foods and free ramen. I definitely will book this hotel again if I planning to go to Osaka in future!"

"We had difficulty finding the hotel. We hired a cab and he had a hard time finding the hotel. The cab circled the area three times. That was how we found out how near it was to the train station. The hotel was located in a very narrow lane and the cab dropped us off on the main street. We had to walk to the hotel."

"If you are a backpacker and need a place to sleep and shower, no more no less, this is the place for you. The place has a nice vibe to it, a very carefree place. Do not book if you are picky about cleanliness or the condition of facilities. Quite pricey for what you get but overall a good experience. "
